High temperature condensed water is a liquid condensed by superheated steam after work and heat exchange, and its heat can reach 20%~30% of total heat of steam. If it is not contaminated, the steam-condensed water is close to pure distilled water, but steam as a heating medium, it is inevitable that the heating medium leak to the condensate, which leads to the steam condensate oil and iron have different degrees of pollution, which can not be used as boiler water. The condensed water is characterized by high calorific value, light pollution, excellent quality and high recovery value. High precision ceramic membrane integrated system can be used for high temperature condensate water treatment, removal of metal ions, iron, copper, oil (hydrocarbon) organic compounds and other pollutants in condensate water, to achieve the standard of reuse.
