Continuous moving bed equipment is a completely innovative separation technology, and is different from the traditional fixed bed, pulse bed, simulated moving bed and other processes. Working theory of continuous moving bed equipment
The continuous moving bed is composed of a disc with a plurality of resin columns (16, 20, 30 columns) and a perforated dispensing valve. Through the rotation of the disc and the valve port of the conversion, the separation column finish a process cycle of adsorption, washing, desorption, and regeneration. And in the continuous separation system, all the process of ion separation is carried out simultaneously. In contrast, the fixed bed ion separation system only operates all steps in a batch process for a period of time.
